BLENDED LEARNING WITH IMPAX

Most of our training programs leverage a blended delivery model that combines self-directed online learning followed by live, hands-on application workshops (held either virtually or in-person). 

Digital learning up front allows participants to learn foundational training concepts in a self-directed, on-demand manner. With that foundation in place, participants then join application workshops led by an IMPAX facilitator. 

These workshops help participants to apply training real-time to actual customers and opportunities in their pipeline. By allowing time for everyone to progress through training content at their own pace and then apply training in the workshop with an IMPAX facilitator, we maximize the ability to implement in the real-world immediately following training.
